CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDONESIAN STUDENTS IN TAIWAN TO PURSUE THEIR CAREER

2023 SEARCH is a 3-Week event organized by PERPITA with a series of talk shows and networking events with leading Indonesian and Taiwanese enterprises aiming to guide Indonesian students in Taiwan with their future careers. With the same intention to help guide Indonesian students in Taiwan, CrossBond is delighted to become the collaborative partner of the 2023 SEARCH event to provide many opportunities and give guidance to students pursuing their careers in Taiwan

ONLINE TALK SHOW AND CAREER FAIR TO BETTER EQUIP INDONESIAN STUDENTS

The first week of the event was an online talk show with the title “Rock Your LinkedIn Profile!” with Nicole Kuo, Enterprise Solution Manager at LinkedIn, Taiwan, and HongKong to talk about [ building relationships with the future employer], [personal branding], and [to find your employer] The second week was a 2-Days online career fair where Indonesian and Taiwanese companies introduced their companies, and students could submit their CVs for recruitment opportunities. In this week-2 event, CrossBond was delighted to assist PERPITA by inviting several Taiwanese enterprises interested in the Indonesian region to establish a direct connection with the talents. Furthermore, Mr.Uniform, the founder of CrossBond, was also there to introduce CrossBond as an integrated marketing company focusing on the ASEAN & India region and sharing the role of foreign talents in the industry.

DIRECT INTERACTION BETWEEN ENTERPRISES AND STUDENTS – MEET & MINGLE SESSION

After a series of virtual sessions during the first and second weeks, on the 3rd week, the event was held on-site at the Indonesian Economic and Trade Office (IETO) Taipei, where participants will be able to directly interact with coaches and professionals for getting insights, networks, consultation regarding their career.

The event started with a speech from Mr. Iqbal Shoffan Shofwan, Head of IETO, encouraging Indonesian talents to pursue their careers and reach their dream. During the meet and mingle session, CrossBond was able to have face-to-face interaction with Indonesian students and deliver various options available for their careers. Whether they choose corporate jobs, startup jobs, or starting their own business, CrossBond will always try its best to support them in reaching their dream in Taiwan.
