CrossBond, in collaboration with Startup Terrace Kaoshiung, QBO Innovation Hub, and Ateneo Intellectual Property Office, is excited to announce the 2024 Taiwan-Philippines Startup Exchange Program. This program aims to facilitate bilateral soft landings between Taiwan and the Philippines, bringing together the country’s startup community, venture capitalists, government officials, and enterprises to explore abundant opportunities. This time, We will bring 3 to 5 Philippine startups to Taiwan for a 6-day itinerary to gain deeper insights into Taiwan.

• [Day 2] 20 August 2024: Guidance to Southern Taiwan market & Networking with TW startups and accelerators
• [Day 3] 21 August 2024: Real-site Visit & Industry Tour + Workshops from investors and experts
• [Day 4] 22 August 2024: SEA Forum & Pitch Event
• [Day 5] 23 August 2024: Real-site Visit & Industry Tour
• [Day 6] 24 August 2024: Meet Greater South Expo & Travel back to Philippines
What to Expect:
• Gain insight & knowledge about southern Taiwan market with experts through workshops & company visits with the expert in the fields.
• Networking. & connect with local industry through matchmaking sessions, company visits, seminar events.
• Access to southern Taiwan startup ecosystem including pitch event with VC, exhibition (Meet Greater South)
Evaluation Criteria:
• 30%: Product/Service/Technology innovation, ownership of technology IP, and profitability model.
• 40%: Competitive advantage/competitor analysis, current operational results/customer achievements, and domestic/foreign market investment direction.
• 30%: Team member background and division of labor, company development characteristics, current customer achievements, and company awards/achievements.
