However, once this critical period passes, there is a risk of losing these potentially skilled talents as they may no longer be available in Taiwan. In reality, many enterprises in Taiwan are in need of these talents.

CrossBond has developed a network that effectively connects the needs of both talent and companies. Furthermore, their language skills and familiarity with local culture serve to enhance their prospects even further.
